Description:
Iron gets absorbed in the body by reacting with chemicals in the body and takes the place of the low levels of iron in the body.Iron is used in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia and anemia due to chronic kidney disease.
Side effects :

Nausea, Abdominal cramp, Constipation, Epigastric pain, Diarrhoea.
