Aceclofenac Description: Aceclofenac is used to relieve pain in the conditions like Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Ankylosing Spondylitis. Do not take this medicine if you have any bleeding disorder, asthma or have a known allergy. Side effects :If any of the following side effects occur while taking this medicine, please check with your doctor immediately: Major:bdominal painConstipationDiarrhea Minor-Nausea and vomitingSkin rash Alcohol Alert:This medicine should not be consumed with alcohol. Symptoms of stomach bleeding (such as the presence of dried and coffee colored blood in cough or stools) should be reported to the doctor immediately. Warning during Pregnancy:This medicine is not recommended for pregnant women. Warning to Breast-feeding mothers:This medicine is not recommended for breastfeeding women. Paracetamol Pregnancy Category-B Description: Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Paracetamol is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers. It relieves pain in mild arthritis but has no effect on the underlying inflammation and swelling of the joint. Side effects :If any of the following side effects occur while taking this medicine, please check with your doctor immediately: Major:pain in the lower back and/or side pinpoint red spots on the skinskin rash, hives, or itching Minor-This is not an exhaustive list of side effects. Please inform your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to the medication. Alcohol Alert:You should avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine. Symptoms like fever, chills, rashes, joint pain and swelling, excessive weakness, nausea should be immediately reported to the doctor.
