Surya Namaskar
Surya namaskar is one of the well known and widely practices Yoga pose comprising of twelve different poses. Surya namaskar actually means “salutation to Sun God”. It completely involves the entire body. The twelve poses are:
- Pranamasana (Prayer Pose)
- Hasta uttanasana (Raised arm pose)
- Hasta Padasana (hand to foot Pose)
- Ashwa Sanchalana asana (Equestrian pose)
- Dandasan (push ups)
- Ashtanga Namaskar (Saluting with eight parts)
- Bhujangasana (cobra Pose)
- Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose)
- Aekpaadprasarnaasana
- Ashwa Sanchalana asana (Equestrian Pose)
- Hasta Padasana (hand to foot Pose)
- Hasta uttanasana (Raised arm pose)

Chakra Padasana
First Lie straight on you back. Now raise one of your leg to 45 degrees. Stretch it so that your feet and toes point away from you. Now rotate your leg 2-10 times in one direction and without resting perform same in other direction. Repeat the same process with the other leg.
Start with 2-4 rotations and gradually increase them.

Veerabhadrasana
Here you need to stand straight and then move into the mountain pose. This includes stretching one of your leg in forward direction and then bending it to 90 degree and other leg to be stretched backwards. Now fold your hands above your head by stretching your arms.
This will help to reduce fat from thighs, legs and arms.

Bhujanga Asana
Bhujanga asana is also known as Cobra Pose. This pose helps you to shed weight from arms, shoulders and back. Take little gaps of few seconds while entering in and exiting from this pose. Start with a raised position and hold it. Then get back to original position. Try some cobra-pose push-ups. In the beginning you can start with 3 rounds of 10-12 seconds and gradually increasing them.

Navasana: The boat pose
As the name suggests, you need to form a ‘V’ with your legs. First lie down with your face on front. Then form a V with your legs. Hold the position for 10 seconds initially and gradually increase the time as you start feeling comfortable. This pose helps to shed off the belly fat.
