You should opt for foods rich in potassium such as potatoes, orange juice, yogurt, banana, pistachios, lentils etc.
Increase Vitamin D intake
Vitamin D helps in striking a balance in your blood pressure by affecting the enzymes produced by the kidneys. You can have a vitamin D supplement or take good sunlight which is the good sources of Vitamin D.
